Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and melt the butter in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish for 5 minutes.
- Stir the garlic, white wine, salt, paprika, lemon zest, and oregano into the melted butter.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until pink, firm, and 145 F inside.
- Season with black pepper and spoon the pan sauce over the shrimp.
