Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 33 oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 cups fudge sauce

Steps

  1. Crush 20 cookies, mix them with the melted butter, and press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Freeze the crust for 20 minutes while the ice cream softens for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the ice cream over the crust and freeze the cake for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread 1 cup of fudge sauce and the whipped topping over the ice cream, then freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with the remaining fudge sauce and crushed cookies, then freeze the cake for 3 hours and 40 minutes.
