Ingredients
- 85 g butter
- 140 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 900 g cream cheese
- 250 g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 large eggs
- 250 ml sour cream
- 150 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch springform pan with the butter.
- Beat cream cheese, 250 grams caster sugar, flour, 140 grams sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix until the batter is even.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes, until the center is firm.
- Stir 150 milliliters sour cream with 1 tablespoon caster sugar and lemon juice.
- Spread the topping over the cheesecake and bake at 325 F for 10 minutes, then cool it.
