Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) cherry gelatin
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin
- 1 box (3 oz) lime gelatin
- 6 cups water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 4 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (7 3/5 oz) media crema or 1 cup of heavy whipping cream it's ok
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch pan and four small containers.
- Dissolve each flavored gelatin packet in 1 1/2 cups boiling water, then chill the containers for 2 hours.
- Cut the firm gelatin into cubes and place the cubes in a lightly oiled 10-cup mold.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir the bloomed gelatin into 3/4 cup hot water until dissolved, then mix in condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, and vanilla.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the cubes and chill for 6 hours, or until fully firm.
