2 1/2 lb potatoes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar
1 1/2 cups pepper jack cheese
1 lb cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup onion
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup green onions
