Ingredients
- 20 oz hershey's® milk chocolate bars
- 1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup salted butter
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 cups frozen mini marshmallows
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups walnuts or pecans
Steps
- Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment and break the milk chocolate bars into a large heatproof bowl with the semisweet chips.
- Combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture over the chocolates, then stir in the 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, vanilla, and nuts.
- Fold in the frozen mini marshmallows, spread the fudge in the pan, and chill for 15 minutes before cutting.
