Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup mascarpone
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups very strong coffee
1 package (7 oz) ladyfingers
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Steps

Beat the whipping cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, then fold in the mascarpone, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the strong coffee and arrange half in the bottom of an 8-inch square dish.
Spread half the cream over the ladyfingers, repeat the layers, and smooth the top.
Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder and chill it for 10 minutes before cutting.
