Ingredients
- 1 cup m&m's
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, then fold in the M&M candies.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them.
