Lemon Cookie Truffles

Ingredients

  • 4 cups crumbled sugar cookies
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 tsp mccormick® pure lemon extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate

Steps

  1. Mix the cookie crumbs, marshmallow creme, and lemon extract in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into 18 small balls and place them on a lined tray.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring after each burst.
  4. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and return it to the tray.
  5. Let the truffles set for 10 minutes.
