Ingredients
- 1 long baguette
- 2 tsp melted butter for toasting the bread
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 stalks green onion finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped dill (optional)
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lb kielbasa
- 1/2 english cucumber
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400°F and slice the baguette into 24 pieces.
- Brush the slices with melted butter and toast them on a baking sheet for 6 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese, garlic, green onion, dill, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the kielbasa and cucumber into thin pieces.
