Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with the graham crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Press the crust firmly into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the condensed milk, egg yolks, and key lime juice until smooth, then pour over the warm crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool completely for 30 minutes.
- Freeze the pie in the pan for 3 hours, then cut it into 12 pieces.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil, dip the frozen pieces, and freeze them for 10 minutes to set.
