- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp italian seasonings
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb dry spaghetti
- 1 jar (24 oz) rao's marinara sauce
- 4 cups water
- grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Steps
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté, add the beef, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder for 30 seconds.
- Break the spaghetti in half and arrange it over the beef in a crisscross pattern.
- Pour in the water and marinara sauce, pressing the noodles down without stirring.
- Seal the pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then release pressure carefully for 5 minutes.
- Stir the spaghetti until combined, check that the beef reaches 160 F, and add Parmesan if using.
