Ingredients
- 16 frozen unbaked white yeast dinner rolls
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp milk
Steps
- Grease a 7-inch round cake pan and arrange the frozen rolls inside.
- Melt the butter, mix it with the brown sugar and cinnamon, and pour it over the rolls with the pecans.
- Pour 1 cup water into a 6-quart pressure cooker, place the pan on the rack, and cover the pan with foil.
- Cook on HIGH pressure for 20 minutes, then let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Mix the powdered sugar and milk, drizzle the glaze over the warm monkey bread, and cool for 5 minutes.
