Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 3/4 oz bittersweet dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- powdered sugar for topping (optional)
Steps
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a medium bowl, then cool the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt into the chocolate mixture.
- Stir in the flour, then divide the batter among four greased 6-ounce ramekins.
- Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Set the ramekins on the trivet, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release the pressure, remove the ramekins, and check that the eggs are fully set before dusting with powdered sugar if using.
