4 salmon fillets
8 tsp flour
2 tbsp honey
zest of 1 - 2 limes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 recipe browned butter lime sauce
6 tbsp salted butter
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps

Pat the salmon dry and coat each fillet with the flour.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic for 30 seconds.
Cook the butter for 3 to 4 minutes until browned, then stir in lime juice, salt, pepper, and lime zest.
