Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 lb side of salmon
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 pinch cracked pepper (optional)
- 4 1/2 slices lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the salmon on a large foil-lined baking pan.
- Melt the butter, then stir in honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and place the lemon slices on top.
- Seal the foil around the salmon and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until it flakes easily or reaches 145 F.
- Open the foil and sprinkle the salmon with parsley.
