Ingredients

3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pepitas
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
1/4 cup agave
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
Warm the sunflower seed butter and agave in a small saucepan for 2 minutes, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the oats, cereal, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, and dried cherries in a bowl.
Stir the warm mixture into the dry ingredients and press everything firmly into the pan.
Bake for 18 minutes, then cool in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
