Ingredients
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 5 oz dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 oz chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with cooking oil or parchment if available.
- Stir the eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Mix the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chunks and chips.
- Drop 15 portions onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the centers are set and the eggs are fully cooked.
