Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic olive oil
- 2 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 1/8 lb king prawns
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 pinch salt to season
- 1 loaf ciabatta or sourdough vienna bread
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and slice the ciabatta into thin pieces.
- Toast the bread on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Heat the garlic olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the garlic and prawns for 3 to 4 minutes until the prawns reach 145 F.
- Stir in the paprika, parsley, and lemon juice, then remove the skillet from the heat.
- Top the toast with diced avocado and tomato, then add the warm prawns and season with salt.
