Ingredients
- olive oil spray
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 2 tsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then stir in the yogurt to form dough.
- Divide the dough into eight pieces, roll each into a rope, and tie each rope into a knot.
- Place the knots on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet, cook the garlic for 1 minute, then stir in the Parmesan and parsley.
- Brush the warm garlic butter over the baked knots and serve.
