Ingredients
- 2 sized pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Stir the melted butter, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the pork chops in a lightly oiled baking dish and coat both sides with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 145 F.
- Rest the chops for 3 minutes before serving.
