Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy natural almond butter
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- maldon sea salt (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment or cooking oil.
- Whisk the almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Drop 12 spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten them.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, then cool the cookies on the sheet for 2 minutes.
