- 4 english muffins
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 tbsp freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
- about 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
