Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 packet instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Melt the butter and stir it with the egg, coffee mixture, oil, and vanilla.
- Stir the cake mix into the wet mixture until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes.
