- 1 large white onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 225 ml jar of salsa your choice of heat
- 1 package your favorite fajita seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp white sugar
Steps
- Place the butter and sliced onion in a slow cooker.
- Add the chicken breasts, salsa, fajita seasoning, lime juice, and sugar.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

- Rest the chicken for 10 minutes, then slice it and stir it through the sauce.
