Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp dried parsley

Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season them with salt and pepper.
- Place flour in one shallow bowl and beaten eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix panko, seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and parsley in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip it in egg, and press it into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheet, spray the tops, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and 165 F inside.
