Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with one 5-tablespoon portion of melted butter, press the mixture into the pan, and bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat the remaining butter with brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla, then mix in flour and 2/3 cup miniature chocolate chips.
- Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust, dot it with cookie dough, and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the center is set and the egg is firm, then cool before cutting.
