Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup vitamin d evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and almond extract until thick, then fold in the flour and salt.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 30 minutes, until set in the center.
- Whisk the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and coconut milk in a bowl.
- Poke the warm cake all over, pour the milk mixture over it, and chill for 3 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar, spread it over the cake, and top with coconut.
