Ingredients
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup dutch-process cocoa
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tsp instant espresso
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Stir the cocoa and unsweetened chocolate with boiling water until melted, then cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat 16 tablespoons butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Whisk the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, and salt together, then fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 10-cup Bundt pan and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it onto a plate.
- Melt 4 tablespoons butter with semisweet chocolate, brewed coffee, espresso, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then pour over the cake.
