1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 an avocado
1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line six muffin cups with paper liners.
Whisk the cake flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Stir in the water, oil, egg, and vinegar until a smooth batter forms.
Divide the batter among the cups and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cupcakes completely on a rack.
