Ingredients
- 12 oz whole grain fusili pasta
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) brined artichoke hearts
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chickpeas
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup fresh italian parsley
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 jar (20 oz) vero gusto by barilla sicilian herb sauce
Steps
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fusilli for 10 minutes, until tender.
- Warm the sauce in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Drain the artichokes and chickpeas, then stir them into the sauce with the olives and spinach.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce mixture, parsley, and feta.
