75 g greek yogurt
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp madras curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric

2 tsp mild chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps

Heat the oven to 450 F and oil a large baking pan.
Mix the yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, and lemon juice.
Coat the chicken pieces with the yogurt mixture.
Spread the chicken in the pan and roast for 15 minutes, until it reaches 165 F.
Rest the chicken for 2 minutes before serving.
