2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp lime zest
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it with cooking oil.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
