Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower large
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup half-half cream
- 2 cups mozzarella (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 slices crispy cooked bacon
- fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Warm the cream cheese and half-and-half in a large saucepan until smooth.
- Stir in the cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half the bacon.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top it with mozzarella and the remaining bacon.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then top with parsley.
