Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup crushed saltines
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- 2 packages (3 2/5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups butter pecan ice cream
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping
- 1 butterfinger candy bar
Steps
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir the melted butter into the graham cracker crumbs and crushed saltines, then press the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix in a bowl for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Spread the pudding over the crust, then layer the ice cream and frozen whipped topping over it.
- Crush the candy bar over the top and freeze the dessert for 10 minutes before cutting.
