Ingredients
- 2 lb brussels sprouts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup half-half cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella
- fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with oil.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then boil them in salted water for 7 minutes.
- Drain the sprouts and place them in the baking dish.
- Warm the cream cheese and half-and-half in a saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour the sauce over the sprouts.
- Top with mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes, until bubbling and lightly browned.
- Scatter parsley over the casserole before serving.
