Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 8 slices bacon
Steps
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes, then cool and chop them.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then drain and crumble it.
- Boil the farfalle in a large pot of salted water until tender, adding the broccoli during the final 2 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, rinse them with cold water, and cool them for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir in the pasta, broccoli, grapes, onion, bacon, and pecans, then chill for 5 minutes.
