Ingredients
- 16 oz bow tie pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 zucchini
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup banana peppers
- 1 batch italian dressing
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
Steps
- Boil the bow tie pasta in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes, then drain and rinse the pasta and broccoli under cold water.
- Halve the grape tomatoes, slice the zucchini, and chop the basil.
- Toss the cooled pasta, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, banana peppers, mozzarella, basil, and Italian dressing in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then chill for at least 5 minutes before serving.
