- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan with butter.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir the dry mixture into the butter mixture with the milk, then fold in the blueberries.
- Mix 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Fill the muffin cups, sprinkle them with the streusel, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
