- 5 cups fresh blueberries

- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Stir the blueberries with lemon juice, one-third cup sugar, and two tablespoons flour in the baking dish.
- Mix one cup flour, one-quarter cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cut in the butter, then stir in the buttermilk and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
- Drop the dough over the blueberries and bake for 35 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
