Ingredients
- 3/4 cups miniature pretzels
- 2 tbsp plus 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white baking chips
- 3/4 cups fresh blackberries

Steps
- Crush the pretzels, stir them with 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter, and press the mixture into 6 small cups.
- Chill the crusts for 5 minutes.
- Melt the white baking chips in a small microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval.
- Beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and melted chips until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until firm, fold it into the filling, and gently fold in the blackberries.
- Spoon the filling into the cups, top with additional blackberries, and chill for 10 minutes.
