- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 16 oz fresh blackberries
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-inch square pan with enough oil to prevent sticking.
- Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, and softened butter until crumbly, then press into the pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
- Beat the eggs, 1 cup sugar, sour cream, 1/4 cup flour, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the filling over the warm crust and arrange the blackberries on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the center is set, then cool before cutting.
