Ingredients
- 1 ea. medium potato
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 can (28 oz) green beans
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Cut the potato into small cubes, place it in the dish with the bacon, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the bacon, crumble it when cool enough to handle, and drain the canned green beans.
- Stir the green beans, bacon, salt, and onion powder into the potatoes.
- Sprinkle almonds over the top and bake for 10 more minutes until the potatoes are tender.
