Ingredients
- 8 pieces chicken drumsticks and thighs
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup your favorite bbq sauce
- optional chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- 4 pieces reynolds wrap® heavy duty aluminum foil
Steps
- Heat a covered grill to 400 F and tear four large foil sheets.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Divide the vegetables among the foil sheets, place two chicken pieces on each portion, and coat with barbecue sauce.
- Fold the foil tightly around the food to make four sealed packets.
- Grill the packets over medium heat for 45 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- Open one packet and check that the thickest chicken pieces reach 165 F.
- Rest the packets for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.
