Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, stir in the brown sugar, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slice the bananas and stir them into the butter mixture for 2 minutes.
- Cut the puff pastry into four pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Add the banana mixture and chocolate to each pastry piece, then fold and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden.
