1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp olive oil

Steps

Press the tofu under a heavy pan for 10 minutes, then cut it into bite-size pieces.
Heat the oven to 400 F and thaw the spinach, squeezing out excess water.
Stir the marinara, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper together.
Spread the sauce in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, then layer in the tofu, spinach, and vegan cheese.
