250 g macaroni
1 tbsp butter
375 g cheddar cheese
1 egg
250 ml milk
2 tsp ground onion
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp cheddar cheese

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the macaroni for 8 minutes, then drain it.
Whisk the egg, milk, onion, mustard, pepper, salt, and cayenne in a large bowl.
