Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the garlic powder, thyme, paprika, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and rub them with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Check that the thickest part reaches 165 F, then rest the chicken for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley if using.
