- 8 oz 2 small avocados
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 tsp lime chili seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime chili seasoning salt
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with the panko.
- Cut the avocados into wedges, dip them in the beaten egg, and press them into the panko.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crisp and the egg coating is firm.
