The amounts listed are small for a full dinner, so this price per serving is likely low. Plan on a side or a bigger portion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz container fresh dill
- 2 quarts low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 large eggs

- ground black pepper (optional)
- 1 drizzle extra-virgin olive oil for serving (optional)
